General return policy

  • Gullmit respects your decision to return any item purchase from its store. We are pleased to accommodate returns within 15 days from the date when the item was purchase. In case you have decided to return an item, such as our fragrances, please avoid using it and contact us immediately so that we can process your return.
  • We will notify you via email or call regarding your refund once we have received and processed the returned item or items. You can expect a refund as a bank deposit into your bank account within 7 to 10 business days from the day we receive your returned item.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanging a product wrongly delivered to you

  • In case you have been delivered a wrong product by Gullmit (Wrong Product = A product that differs from the product you selected in your order by Type, Quantity, and/or Fragrance), Please inform us via Phone, Website, Social Media, Email, or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • In a case where a wrong product has been shipped to you, we will dispatch a new product/ correct order product to you again through our delivery team. Once the delivery team arrives, handover the wrong product that you have with you to the delivery person, and receive the new order that we have sent for you.
  • Please note that during reverse pickups (when you are being sent a new product in exchange for the wrong product) “you (our customer) will not be charged any extra shipping or pickup charges for it.
  • Please note that our delivery/pickup team is instructed to inspect the products during reverse pickups, so please cooperate and ensure to put the product, including all packaging material in the box, being intact in “as is” condition while you are returning it to the delivery person.

Returning or exchanging a Broken Product

  • In case you receive a broken product in your order, kindly notify us via Phone, Website, Social Media, Email, or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Please note that all our products are properly insulated and cushioned in their custom boxes during shipment. Furthermore, our products are also marked “Fragile” to ensure safe handling during transport.
  • However, in an unfortunate scenario where you open a package to a broken product, notify us on the aforementioned mediums within 24 hours and we will reach out to you to assist you in the matter.
  • In case you want a refund for the broken product, kindly notify us and then as instructed by our representatives, mail us back the broken product to the following address.   • Please note that we can process returns, exchanges,s and refunds only for items purchased directly from Gullmit.com, and not a subsidiary distributor.
  • We cannot exchange an item or items that are shipped wrong (wrong product), damaged, and/or, are missing parts 5 days after the delivery date., damaged and/or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours or less from the date received.
